Interactive Demo · Gaze-Conditioned Reorientation

GazeCtrl

One person image plus a target gaze vector; the model reorients the same identity over the full 360°, back-facing included. Sources are no longer only frontal — each identity contributes a front, a side and a back source frame, so you can watch what happens when the target gaze sits far from where the person already looks and the whole body has to follow. The right-hand panel pulls the real labelled frame of that same person whose gaze is closest to the condition, as a reference for what the answer should look like.

condition = flat RGB map, R=dx G=dy B=dz. Pad tiles show the exact colour fed to the ControlNet.
